Terms and Conditions

Bookings are not confirmed until receipt of deposit, following which the accommodation will be reserved until 7pm, unless notification of late arrival is received, on day of arrival. Deposits are non refundable.

Payment may be made by cash, cheque or debit/credit cards.

Payment in full settlement of your stay is required upon checking out of rooms.

Rates include bed & breakfast, linen and towels. Evening meals and beverages, if taken, to be paid for in addition to B&B rates.

Check-in is after 2pm on day of arrival. Rooms to be vacated no later than 11am on day of departure.
Breakfast is served between 8.00 and 9.00, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed. Please note that last orders for a cooked breakfast taken at 08.45. Evening Meal, if required, will be served between 19.00 and 21.00. Notification of meal requirements and table booking time are requested at breakfast.

We operate a 'No Smoking' policy. Clients wishing to smoke should do so outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Sand filled flower pots are available for cigarette butts - please DO NOT LITTER GROUNDS. Smoking is NOT PERMITTED in the house, including smoking from open windows - violation of this policy will incur a penalty of £30 to cover additional cleaning etc. As of 1 April 2007 IT IS AGAINST THE LAW to SMOKE in these premises.

Rhyd-y-Groes has an eco-friendly drainage system and we would request that NO bleach or chlorine products, or any other harmful substances, are disposed of down sinks or toilets and that all sanitary items are disposed of in the bins supplied.

Assistance dogs will be permitted. No animals, except assistance dogs, will be permitted inside the house.

Clients agree:

• a. to pay for any loss or damage to property, however caused
• b. to permit the owners and their agents reasonable access to rooms
• c. to behave in a considerate and reasonable manner in respect of the property and other guests.
• d. All items provided remain the sole possession of Rhyd-y-Groes and the client agrees not to part with any such item.

The proprietor reserves the right to terminate the client's occupancy if there is a material breach of these terms and conditions without prejudice to the other rights and remedies of the proprietor.

It is our aim to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Should you find that things are not to your satisfaction, please notify the proprietor immediately so that we may rectify the matter.

Cancellation Policy:

In the unlikely event of us having to cancel your booking, we will give you as much notice as possible and refund your deposit in full.

In the event of you having to cancel, we would request that you give us as much notice as possible.
